Eyontek presents BT series full-automatic bump test machine with 50kg to 3,000kg payload capacity range. Bump test is a method to ensure the satisfaction of design structure or as a quality assurance where the components and electrical products may experience repeating impact during transportation or use. During the test, the DUT (device under test) will experience regular peak acceleration and continuous impact with standard half-sine pulse.

BT series bump test machine is widely used for bump test among aviation, aerospace, marine, defense labs, consumer electronics, automobiles, home appliances and display devices.

Features

  • ISO, IEC, ISTA, ASTM, and other industrial standards compliant
  • High and stable repeatability of high precision pulses
  • Customized and adjustable free drop height during working
  • Dedicated cushion mechanism under working table
  • Considerate photoelectric limit switch for lowest table position
  • Foundation-free design with air spring isolation
  • Universal and standardized pulse generator
  • Fully-automatic control in bump test, easy to operate
